Washington, DC has several advisory boards in which students from Georgetown University are able to participate. Being a part of one of these boards is a great act of public service, and it can provide you with the possibility of shaping the policies that directly affect our community, both here in Georgetown and the greater DC area. Participating on a board is an extremely low time commitment and the boards are currently accepting applications. We especially encourage freshmen and sophomores to apply. We hope you will think about seizing this great opportunity to have a real impact in our city.
